Within our Commercial Property Department we have a dedicated team of Solicitors providing services to our various housebuilder and developer clients. Macdonalds has acted for major volume housebuilding companies, both national and local, for around 35 years and we have built up a considerable degree of expertise in the field over that period. We have extensive experience of land acquisition for residential development and subsequent disposal of the individual units on the sites.
Our team is headed by Robert Swindell who has been actively involved in this field for a period of over 20 years.
