Asset Protection
Our domestic Conveyancing Department is led by Jonathan Williams who has developed and increased the size of the department over the last 10 years. Jonathan leads a team which offers a practical approach to what, for many clients, can be an extremely stressful period of time. We take a great deal of time to ensure that the clients fully understand the process of purchase and sale in a way that they can relate to.
Fee structures
We have endeavoured to streamline the system of purchase and sale thus making the whole procedure much simpler. The effect of streamlining, with the use of stylised letters and computer technology in addition to a dedicated team of conveyancers and support staff has allowed us to become more competitive on fixed fee structures in an area of law which is continuing to benefit from technological advances in computer software. We can offer a fee structure to suit your marketing strategy whether that be fixed fees or a global figure.
The process of streamlining has focused our minds on the service which we offer to both our clients and those who introduce business to us.

We are adamant that our clients should always receive the very highest levels of service. With this in mind, we have put in place systems that allow us to monitor the service which we provide. Private client questionnaires are forwarded to clients at the end of a transaction and we ask them to complete and return the questionnaire in a prepaid envelope. The results enable us to continue the process of fine tuning our service and where necessary enable us to explore ways of improving the service offered.

Wills and Inheritance Tax Planning
We offer a comprehensive will writing service tailored to clients' individual requirements. In conjunction with this we offer specialist tax planning advice to take full advantage of available exemptions and concessions, mitigate the incidence of Inheritance Tax as far as possible, and ensure maximum asset preservation and wealth protection for the family unit and future generations.
Guardianship
We also deal with the creation of Powers of Attorney to ensure that someone of your choosing is appointed to deal with your affairs should you no longer be able to do so. In addition if a family member is not able to deal with their own affairs due to incapacity and no power of attorney is in place then we can deal with the appointment of an appropriate person as Guardian through the Courts.
Executries
Whether or not you leave a will your family will need to deal with the winding up of your estate. We aim to ease the burden at this time by dealing with all aspects of Estate administration from the outset in a sympathetic and efficient manner. We deal with both testate estates (where there is a will in place) and intestate estates (where there is no will).
