Brian joined the firm in 1988 as an Assistant in our Litigation Department having qualified as a solicitor the previous year.
He became a partner in the firm in 1992 and has experience in most aspects of civil litigation. He specialises in commercial litigation with particular expertise in debt factoring, invoice discounting and finance leasing. He also advises commercial clients in contentious and non-contentious matters relating to employment law.
Brian is a part time tutor at Glasgow Graduate School of Law. He is married with a young family. His main hobbies include golf and following the fortunes of a certain Glasgow football team.
