Finance Leasing
Macdonalds have wide experience in relation to finance leasing having acted for a number of small and major sized leasing companies since the early 1980's. We are able to offer expert advice on documentation matters relating to Scotland for small, medium and large ticket transactions.
We have considerable experience of litigation issues arising particularly in relation to disputes with suppliers, lessees and guarantors. We also have considerable experience of asset recovery litigation particularly in relation to major items of equipment.
The firm obtained a significant reputation in this sector during the early 1990's in relation to large number of photocopier disputes involving allegations of systematic fraud and misrepresentation. Brian Cameron has particular expertise in Consumer Credit Law relating to hire purchase and lease agreements.
